adrenaline compulsion “worry”

Most of us like getting into the world of adrenaline compulsion. In other words worrying for no good reason.Too much of worry makes one not to perform because you end up not in position of accomplishing your targets. Targets of which others are real while others are not. An array of mind fallacy begets our nerves and for that case we get wondering, we loss our comfort, develop pressure that certainly confuses our development strategies. Pathetic fallacy makes problems. too much strength is wasted in fallacy which can be used positively to manage our problems.
